Elodie Arnaud

Elodie Arnaud is Chief Financial Officer at VCLS, where her main responsibility is the coordination of all finance-related activities within the Company.  As a member of the Executive Team, she ensures that appropriate financial control of Operations is in place and has responsibility for tracking performance and for driving quality improvements.

Elodie brings to the Company more than 25 years’ experience, both in Corporate Services and in Operations. She has started her career as an external auditor during 5 years within international audit firms (EY and Deloitte), where she conducted audits in SME and multinational companies in various sectors. She then joined the pharmaceutical industry, working for several international pharmaceutical companies for the past 20 years. Passionate by the health sector, Elodie created in 2022 her own business in finance consulting dedicated to Life Sciences.

Her experience includes various positions with an international scope of responsibilities: Consultant in Organization and Methods (in Asia, Latin America, Australia, US, South Africa, Europe), Head of Business Development, Group Director of Financial Planning and Controlling, Finance & Compliance Director within commercial affiliates.

Elodie has worked in large and small organizations, including listed companies, Big Pharma, biotechs, medtechs, US and French start-ups.

Throughout her career, Elodie has consistently worked to improve the accuracy of financial monitoring and to accompany the strategy and the vision of the companies she has been employed by. In addition, from working previously in different countries, she is very comfortable operating in a multi-cultural environment.

Elodie is graduated from Marseilles Business School and is based in our Boulogne (Paris) office.
